Investor group ended up with prime commercial land after original company developer run in to finance problems and could not continue his 100million US$ project to build the planed Shopping Mall, Hotel, Apartments, Seafront Promenade and Marina Yacht Club.
The investor group received the land as collateral to there investment capital, the land is now full owned by the investor group and this ownership is supported by a recent Supreme Court decision.
The investor group is now in the process to find a potential buyer for this prime commercial land to recover there original investment input.
