The total land is 500 ha of which 300 ha is already sold to a Korean developer. It has 200 ha left. The back of the land has a river suitable for ecotourism and the front is on highway 67 which is being built by the Thai government for import and export to Thailand in the Anlong Veng city (tourist attraction bc Pol Pot’s last stronghold). This is an excellent location for all kinds of developments. Surrounding tourist attractions include Banteay Srei, Phnom Koulen, and Kbal Spean. This land is legit (not APSARA or government protected land) w all proper documents and will help you establish legal documents (both foreigner local) at no extra charge).
The 300 ha was sold at $3m2. The current market value is $3 to $10m2. If you purchase all 200 ha, my price is firmed at $2m2. This is intended for quick sale to serious investors who can immediately resale for profit. I will also consider subdividing into 20 ha per plot at $2.5m2.
