    ****_ _ _ resort is somewhat I compare to a chalet in Singapore. Room is situated high up the hills. Can be hassle to come down all the way if the key is not working or for breakfast. On our second day, there we a big group outside our room occupying the other rooms. They were gathered for a BBQ. They left a huge mess thereafter and played loud music throughout the night. Condition of the room is OK. Nothing fancy. (Like I said, just like the chalets in Singapore). Wifi is not working in room. Even wifi at lobby/ dining area is slow. Hotel looked wellmaintained except for some aspects. Staff attended to our requests promptly. Hotel should implement buggyservice to transport guests from their rooms to lobby/restaurant.

    ***A super boring resort that stay in my experience. No others activities here except the spa or massage. Thus comes with good view, villas are on tree concept but small rooms and not well manage. To consider build more activities and facilities. Very good business potential but needs more hardwork and better brains!

    ***massage area can be easily expose to their native rowing their boat near...meaning they can see nude women in panties in the room...NOT FULL PROOF...Extreme down side on this issue...nothing to do in the resort already one issue..the pool water were extremely dirty...what's next?

    ***A good getaway from busy Singapore. It is not too far from Singapore, and it is rather affordable. Great for short getaways and for those who do not want to travel too far. The spa is, in my opinion, the best feature of this KTM resort. It is located next to the sea, so you will be able to look out into the ocean and enjoy the sound of the waves during the spa.

    ***Overall stay was okay. Room was nice and it has really good view. Room was relatively huge and cosy. Breakfast was not that fantastic though. The free wifi was quite bad, connection was really poor.

    ***Very relaxing, nice to seat at balcony to watch the seas and listen to the sound. Hope to stay longer but no time. Will plan a long stay if time permit. Interestingly our food were left outside the balcony overnight, early in the next morning, we heard some noise outside and open the door and the Monkeys were quick to react and jumped away. They kept watching us at distant. It is very fun indeed.

    ***Before i went to the resort, i contacted KTM resort to arrange for transport from the Sekupang ferry terminal to KTM Resort (free). Their replies were prompt and could be understood. When reached, the person was already waiting outside the gate. Extremely easy to spot. Upon reaching the resort, check in was fast and i was given a free early check in. Early check in and late check out is free provided there are no guests using the room.Driver drove us back to our room. Room was spacious. There are two rooms with a living room and balcony in the middle. I requested for a room with a nice view in one of the email corresponds and was indeed given one! ^^ View was superb. Room delivery menu was not inside the room so we called the reception to ask about it. Turns out room delivery was from the restaurant in the resort. They came up our room to give us the menu. Do note that the price differs slightly from the menu, about 5000 rupiah more than that stated as room delivery is more expensive than eating at the restaurant. There was also a spa in the resort. They are pretty well known. Good experience too. Taxi drivers were waiting in the resort to send passengers to the city area. A trip to Nagoya Hills Mall is $12 per taxi (not dependent on no. of people). Only thing to improve on is the wifi. At times, wifi can be detected but at other times, it cannot be detected. Sometimes going outside the room will help u get better connection. Pool was not available when we were there, probably cleaning the pool so i cant comment on it. Overall, i would go again.

    ***Actually it is quiet, neat and with different style cottage. Staff are all so nice and good place with family to relax and take a rest within resort as it is far away from city. BTW, wifi within room is not reachable but out of room is good.

    ***Do not expect hotel or resort standards. Rooms are very small and hostellike although these are in villas on stilts by the sea. There are also no other facilities in the resort except an eatery for your meals since it is not easy to get around the island. The spa is its only saving grace. Treatment rooms are seafacing where you can soak in the tube and enjoy the sea view and listen to the waves during the treatment. Massage was one of the best I had.

    ***“The best view is the Seafront Cottage but it has a shared mini balcony with another room and the room is small. Standard Room is by the reception and is concrete, the view is not bad. Family Cottage is the best room but the view might be blocked by the trees. i saw a Family Cottage beside Seafront Cottage, maybe thats the best room with best view.”

    **The sea view villas on stilts are small, enough to stay alone or cozy up with girl friend. The rooms have a window and a baloncy [balcony shared with adjacent room]. Very breezy and offers ana astounding view of the sea. The garden cottages are bigger nestled among the trees, secluded from sea view. The compound is on a small hill side so the rooms are at different levels.”
    **The rooms were all pretty much like cottages.
    ***Avoid chalet number with 5XX, 4XX, 3XX it's a steep up slope climb! Best if you can book those with 2XX or 1XX better! Not much stuffs for kids: it's a rather quiet place.

    **Ask for the cottages with sea views, they are nearer the lobby and you wouldn't have to walk so much

    **Bigger villas were available but faces inwards from the sea. Hang around the area next to spa villa in the evening to enjoy the sunset. The staff were quite accommodating, and were rather flexible with checkin/checkout time (perhaps due to low season). If you absolutely need to have eggs for breakfast, be prepare to hang around the egg station and direct the chef to get your eggs done.

    **Ask the staff for the best view . We got D318 which was very good

    ***Room 512 has unobstructed seaview too. Like 511, it is situated higher up the slope. In my opinion, the deluxe cottages (3bedder) face another side of the sea with less attractive view. If there are 4 of you, family cottages are better than 2 beach front villa in terms of size.”

    **Stay near the lagoon, although there may be some mosquitos, these huts definitely have an advantage with respect to the view.”


    ***or wheelchair cases, the cheapest standard double rooms nos.19 or 1018 at the back next to receptn entrance are recommended. At 8pm dinner at restaurantsleep time, hears the lovely returning waves lashing the coast. Daytime one has the seaview and after 11am the tides go out and there's peace to the soul. Evening time one sees the lovely sunset. i will recommend to stay there. #For prayerful buddhists, there's a mini temple amp; a huge Goddess of Mercy nearest these rooms, good for the soul.

    ***Choose the ones right next to the lagoon.. Not sure what they are called, but they have the best view..
