    Resale Checklist for Buyers

    **From 24 October 2013, can submit the checklist online

    **From 1 December 2013, the HDB will only accept Resale Checklists submitted via this eService.

    hardcopy checklist can continue to submit a scanned copy of the completed checklist together with the resale application by 30 November.

    **During the First Appointment, our Customer Relations Manager (Resale) will print and request all the buyers and their salesperson, if any, to sign the completed checklist.

    **The salesperson will be the first party to complete the checklist via the Resale Checklist for Sellers/Buyers (eService). The completed checklist will then be sent to the buyers for their endorsement. Only one of the buyers need to log in with his/her SingPass to endorse and submit the checklist to the HDB by the next day.

    *If did not endorse the checklist by the next day, the completed checklist will be considered as lapsed. The salesperson will have to complete a new checklist for your endorsement.

    **Power of Attorney cannot complete/endorse and submit the resale checklist to the HDB on behalf
    **The Resale Checklist Repository eService is only available until 30 November 2013.
    **where there are two separate checklist submitted, the date that sellers can grant the Option will be seven days after the second checklist has been submitted i.e. the date the later checklist is submitted.

    Step 2

    You can only exercise the Option to Purchase after going through the Resale Checklist.

    Step 3

    Submit a scanned copy of the completed Resale Checklist together with the Resale Application.

    Submit the original copy of the Resale Checklist to the HDB at the First Resale Appointment for verification.
